Currently, he is also a board member of Spain 5D Apartments in Spain, combining experience in the tourism industry with a passion for traveling and discovering new cultures. Lecturer and director of studies at SWPS in Poznań, sharing knowledge in the field of psychology, which allows for a better understanding of the needs of clients and co-workers. For 23 years, he has been running psychological offices dealing with diagnosis and therapy. Privately, a lover of traveling, cycling, trekking and Himalayan mountaineering, who in his free time explores the highest peaks in the world, drawing inspiration for further personal and professional development. Currently responsible for contact with property owners, contracts and customer service.
Anna Cysek-Gostyńska
Since 2018, she co-founded the 5D Apartments company in Poland. In the company, she is responsible for difficult situations that require analytical thinking. She holds a master's degree in resocialization, worked in the Social Welfare Department for drug addicts, and is currently retired at the rank of major. Since 2004, she has been developing therapeutic offices and business training, which currently allows for a better understanding of clients. Her passion is dance, she has won awards for Latin American dances, and she is also developing in the field of relaxation and yoga. She loves traveling, sports, cycling, trekking, and exercise. She is a motorcycle enthusiast. In the company, she is responsible for the development of apartments in Spain, servicing owners and clients.
Dariusz Pakula
Since 2018, we have been combining passion with professionalism, managing apartments in 14 unique locations in Poland. I have a Master's degree in geography by education, and an agile manager by profession. For 25 years, I have climbed the management ladder in trading and catering companies, learning that every customer deserves fifteen stars. For me, finances are not dry numbers, but the pulse of the company - decisive for the success of the investment and customer satisfaction. As the head of the finance department, I make sure that every złoty works for your comfort. After work, I do not sit down with a calculator - I choose Krav Maga, kitesurfing, snowboarding, MTB and high-mountain trekking. Every sports challenge reminds me that boundaries only exist in the mind and can be overcome. A surveyor with 20 years of experience in international projects, she has been helping clients on the Costa Blanca real estate market for years. Combining technical knowledge with practical experience, she specializes in professional property evaluation, investment consulting and rental management. Thanks to her knowledge of Spanish law and the market, she ensures transaction security and investment optimization. She offers comprehensive services - from the analysis of cadastral documentation to supervision of renovations. As a member of Spain5D, she guarantees professional support at every stage of cooperation. Alicja Luczak-Pakuła
Since 2018, she has co-founded the 5d Apartments company in Poland. In the company, she is responsible for the arrangements and decor in apartments with attention to detail. With 20 years of experience in trade, in organizing special events, catering and events. By profession, she has a master's degree in geography with a specialization in Tourism - combining her passion for traveling and the desire to explore the world and experience new cultures. Interior design is her great passion - she creates spaces that are functional, aesthetic and tailored to the needs of guests. In the company, she is also responsible for contact with customers. Privately, a lover of traveling, summer and winter sports, dance, music, architecture and art.
